For most of the integrated shipping service providers, we offer an option to export orders and print shipping labels. Good application, alowing for better customer/user experience than other pick up point apps that force you to pick the delivery location only after a payment is done. Haven't found a better option when you do not have shopify plus.
The app is great and makes it very easy for us to offer multiple delivery options to our customers.
The excellent customer support is a huge added value: they set up everything for our webshop very quickly, professionally and completely free. 100% would recommend!
App is really simple and easy to use - the customer support was very fast to reply and Erik helped us through every step of the setup process. We were able to integrate additional shipping providers and now we can offer parcel locker delivery to our customers.
So far this is a great product. I find it very helpful. But the best thing and a perfect example to all the Apps - Customer Service. Outstanding, 110% best. Team is here to support and help out quickly when support is needed. Install this app and enjoy the luxury of having a help with all the setup. RECOMMEND!!!
There is no information to how to cancel free trial. I tryed everything.
We actually did respond to your support request on Fri, 20 Sep 2024 at 9:40 AM, maybe it went to your spam folder.
You can always cancel app plans or trial periods by uninstalling the app. Same with Parcely app, just uninstall it from your store and plan is canceled.
Please consider changing the review as its a little bit unfair :)
