I’ve been using the Parcely app for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best apps out there! It’s super easy to use and makes managing deliveries a breeze. The customer service is fantastic—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Plus, the free installation was a huge bonus; the team set everything up for me without any hassle. If you’re looking for a reliable, top-notch app for your shipping needs, Parcely is the way to go. Highly recommend!

I installed Parcely to enable Omniva parcel locker selection in my Shopify checkout. Everything was set up properly: the shipping method is active, zone set to Lithuania only, correct name mapping, cache cleared, widget tested (list/map).

However, the parcel locker selection never appears at checkout. The mapping section stays inactive, and customers can't choose a pickup point.

Support is completely unresponsive. The app looks promising but doesn't work at all in practice – only wastes time and causes frustration.

Good application, alowing for better customer/user experience than other pick up point apps that force you to pick the delivery location only after a payment is done. Haven't found a better option when you do not have shopify plus.

The app is great and makes it very easy for us to offer multiple delivery options to our customers.

App is really simple and easy to use - the customer support was very fast to reply and Erik helped us through every step of the setup process. We were able to integrate additional shipping providers and now we can offer parcel locker delivery to our customers.
