Great! Parcely.app works perfectly with Pactic, a Hungarian aggregator shipping service provider, through which we access GLS, MPL, DPD, and other carriers. There is no information to how to cancel free trial. I tryed everything.
We actually did respond to your support request on Fri, 20 Sep 2024 at 9:40 AM, maybe it went to your spam folder.
You can always cancel app plans or trial periods by uninstalling the app. Same with Parcely app, just uninstall it from your store and plan is canceled.
Please consider changing the review as its a little bit unfair :)

App is really simple and easy to use - the customer support was very fast to reply and Erik helped us through every step of the setup process. We were able to integrate additional shipping providers and now we can offer parcel locker delivery to our customers.
