We've been using this app to set product purchase limits and validate checkout conditions, and it's worked perfectly so far. The rules are easy to set up, and the interface is user-friendly.

All of a sudden it just started blocking the cart. It ended up being the rule and it seems that when a max quantity of 1 is set for a variant it simply blocks the cart even though there is only 1 in the cart. If I add 2 the normal error is displayed, when its 1 it disappears but the cart is still greyed out. This happened suddenly overnight, we made no changes. Lost revenue and complaining customers aren't worth paying for this app unfortunately.
Support wasn't available and the live chat link wasn't working in the app - so the only immediate solution after finding this problem is to uninstall the app and look for a different solution that won't block the cart suddenly.
