Easy to install and use.
I love that the closest pickup points are automatically shown to the customer and the shipment pulls through to my Pargo account without any hassles.
We would however appreciate better communications between the collection team and our warehouse as we were left waiting for a parcel to be collected for a few days, which is not the service we would like to provide for our customers.
I suggested that they make provision for a parcel to be dropped off at the closest locker in the event that the courier fails to make a timeous collection.
We've been utilizing Pargo for a while, and our customers have been thrilled with the convenience offered by the pickup locations. The support is top-notch, with a particular commendation for Devin. Our sole critique centers on the app's limitation in allowing consumers to select their pickup locations on a map prior to checkout; currently, Pargo only provides a list of recommended locations. Unfortunately, we've found these suggestions to be quite imprecise, with the map feature becoming available only after payment has been processed. Aside from this, the service functions splendidly!
We have had really great after sales support from the developers at Pargo. Whenever there has been an issue it has been resolved super quickly which has made us love dealing with them. Additionally the customers love the Pargo option too! Would definitely recommend them
We've offered Pargo pickup points as an alternative to standard courier deliveries for quite a while now - it's a great solution for customers who live in hard to reach places or don't know if/when they will be home, so you still get the sale while they choose the shipping option most convenient for them. Highly recommended.
The Pargo app has been incredibly, the technology team is amazing, Justin in particular goes the extra mile and service and turnaround time from the tech and client experience team has been wonderful will definitely recommend pargo.
This app is incredible, It has solved many of my logistics costs. Great functions and more important. GREAT TEAM AND SUPPORT!
I have only had good experiences with Pargo. I used them while selling on another platform and when that platform changed their shipping options I've acquired Pargo Click & Collect plugin for my own website. I can not say one bad thing and whenever I have issues, they are sorted out immediately or within reasonable time. I am able to contact them via email and have never had any negative experiences. Will continue to use Pargo as long as I possibly can.

Bad Support , when you have delivery issues it takes days before you can get a email response.

The team at Pargo is unable to provide developer support. You are 100% on your own if you install this app. First attempt to install it did not work, i had to find a friend who knows code to try and make it work. Currently sitting with a situation where on mobile the pop up for pick up points does not display correctly. No one can assist due to internal issues with changing of developers in their company. If you are going to choose to pick up points yourself, go for it. If you need customers to choose pick up points, please choose carefully and test on all devices. Customers will be frustrated.
I DON'T RECOMMEND USING PARGO! They are quick to take your money for prepaid credits and brag about their 2000 collection points, but their support is an absolute disgrace. I've sent multiple emails for the past 10 days requesting assistance for my online store, but their development team flat out ignores me. I've also called them twice to request assistance, but nothing gets done or followed up. What's worse is that a Director and Co-founder of the business was cc'd in the mails and hasn't bothered to respond either.
