Our software allows you to quickly export all accounting data at months end. It includes Sales, Refunds and Discounts and Shipping costs. This provides the accountant with a comprehensive data set.

  • We prepare an accounting-ready data set
  • All Sales, Refunds, Discounts and Shipping Costs are mapped to individually set of accounts
  • Extra options available for additional mapping rules, such as Delivery Fees, Discounts or booking sales on a per-country-basis (OSS ready)
  • Export is provided as a CSV file suitable for most accounting software or as DATEV format (german standard for tax consultants)

  • Email Support included
  • You can connect up to 3 Shops for each account. Please contact us if you are going to exceed this limit.
  • For B2B shops, or multi-channel setups, please contact us beforehand to clarify whether our solution works for you.

  • Who can use the software? Our solution is mainly suitable for Shopify-only, B2C businesses. If you are running a B2B or Multichannel Shop, please contact us to clarify if this is the right software for you.
  • When should I consider to use this software? Based on customer feedback, the software helps merchants who are processing more than 100 orders per month. At this point, the cost of an automatic software like ours easily offsets the costs that will be incurred if you and/or your tax consultant are doing manual bookings.
  • Can I do the export for historic data? Yes, up until the shop was created. Please contact us for a custom offer on this, or discuss it with us during the onboarding meeting. In fact many merchants use our software to cross check their entire past bookkeeping history.
  • I do dropshipping. Can I use the software? Our export works well for classical B2C Shopify-only dropshipping stores. Since dropshipping stores can generate a lot of sales in a short period of time, we recommend to use an automated accounting export for these business models.
