Finally, no more accounting issues with Shopify bookings and the assignment of transaction data. With our solution, Shopify accounting data can be prepared within 10 minutes. Pathway supported us for several years with the Shopify/DATEV bridge.
We recently switched to a different solution, based on guidance from our tax advisors regarding our broader operations outside the DACH region, as well as recurring discrepancies we experienced between expected revenue in DATEV and the values derived from Shopify data.
We want to highlight that the support from our account manager, Marcel, was excellent. He went above and beyond to help us, even though the issue ultimately exceeded the scope of what Pathway's tool could resolve. We're very grateful for his approach throughout the entire process.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App von Pathway Solutions. Mit dem DATEV-Export der Bestellungs- und Zahlungsdaten haben wir eine perfekte Verbindung von Shop zur Buchhaltung bekommen, die uns Monat für Monat sehr viel Zeit und Ärger gespart hat.
Insgesamt eine sehr gute Lösung, die die ideale Brücke zwischen unseren Systemen (Shopify/DATEV) darstellt. Nach einigen Herausforderungen im Onboarding haben wir jetzt eine ideale Betreuung erhalten, um die verbliebenen Anpassungen/Verbesserungen umzusetzen. Wichtig ist und bleibt eine gute Kommunikation zwischen dem Dreieck Pathway, Kunde und externer Buchhaltung.
