I just want to give a big thank you to Dominik Wons from Pathway for all his help.
I ran into some problems with payments while using Pathway, so I decided to delete the app. But Dominik reached out to me quickly and helped fix the problem. He was really professional and made sure I was happy with the solution.
Dominik went above and beyond to help me out. His quick responses and willingness to assist not only sorted out my payment issues but also gave me confidence in using Pathway again.
I'm really impressed by Dominik's customer service skills. He truly cares about making sure Pathway users have a good experience. His hard work and dedication show what a great team Pathway has. Aufgrund meiner Selbstständigkeit kam ich nicht mehr hinterher meine Buchhaltung ordentlich an meine Steuerberaterin weiterzugeben. Ich habe also nach einer Lösung gesucht, die mir und meiner Steuerberaterin viel Arbeit abnimmt und bin so auf Pathway gestoßen. Ich habe außerdem nur Gutes gehört, da viele meiner selbstständigen Kollegen auf diese Lösung zurückgreifen.
Ich kann es demnach weiterempfehlen und bin froh über meine gewonnene Zeit.
Die Shopify zu DATEV Integration von pathway ermöglicht eine schnelle und effiziente Übertragung aller Erlösbuchungsdaten von unseren Shopify-Stores nach DATEV. pathway erstellt dabei Erlösexporte, die auch wichtige Steuerinformationen für OSS-Fälle beinhalten, und gewährleistet die korrekte Zuordnung und den Abgleich mit Zahlungsanbietern wie Shopify Payments, Stripe, Klarna, Amazon und PayPal.
Ich kann pathway alle eCommerce- und D2C-Gründern empfehlen. Dank pathway habe ich über die Jahre hinweg mehrere Tage und Wochen an Arbeitsaufwand sowie mir viele Kopfschmerzen erspart.
