Some of the most responsive customer service I've ever experienced. They solved the issue that was solvable immediately and provided an explanation for the issue we had that was a Shopify limitation (not an app limitation). I highly recommend. NOTE: If you use an app for event booking such as CoAttend, you may run in to compatibility issues due to Shopify limitations. Use the free trial period to test it out. Their people were so responsive I had all the answers and help needed in 1 day.

We bill them an amount, and they can manually enter and pay the invoice online. This provides a convenient way for customers to pay independently. The app handles this process perfectly.
