The Pay What You Want Extendons team is super helpful with whatever issues I have. Been using this app for about a year and it works fantastic with my store. I needed a feature altered for my store and they provide a 24 hour turnaround.

The application is perfect. The customer support team is very dedicated and they care about you. They continually try to help. Highly recommended!

Simple and effective.

I had a few issues with the app relating to compatibility with my theme, I reached out to support and within 30 minutes they had reported back with fixes to every issue I had. Not telling me to do it, they just fixed the issues for me and did it perfectly. The app is good, it’s simple, nothing crazy, I wouldn’t expect too much, it does what it advertises, what really gives it 5 stars for me is the second to none customer support!

Extendons was very helpful and kind in helping me with some design tweaks. The pre built features are great and the support is fantastic. Highly recommend!

GREAT App. Support was VERY fast and responsive, and looked after all of our needs. The app works does exactly what it says and was very easy to get up and running. We had a couple of custom needs for our implementation of the app and support was very quick to help us get the app running the way we needed it. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely incredible customer service! After installing PWYW we had a couple of issues regarding its integration within our store. We contacted Extendons and they were very quick to respond and help get to the bottom of the issue, which they did in just a few hours from reaching out.

Minus that one small integration problem, which may have just been unique to our store setup, the app works wonders and does exactly what we want from it. Could not recommend higher!

I’ve been looking for a PWYW app for quite a while, and this was one of the few that does exactly what it says ‘allows customers to choose what they want to pay for the product’. So I decided to give it a try. To begin with, the app is easy to install and use. Then, after installing, the whole setting and usage are pretty much straightforward. However, during my trial period, I noticed a glitch with the app; the inventory was not automatically changing if the purchase was made by clicking straight to the ‘buy now button’. I contacted the support team, and they explained that the purchase must go through the add-to-cart button for the inventory to be updated. I tested, and it was true; the inventory was automatically updated when the purchase was made through the add-to-cart button. I needed my inventory updated no matter what button the customer clicked on. So I explained this to the support, and they fixed this glitch. The whole communication and support were excellent. It took them a few days to fix the issue, and during the entire time, they kept me updated. The issue was fixed, and the app works perfectly. I am very happy with it, and so are my customers, who enjoy being able to choose what they want to pay for it. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a PWYW alternative.
