Great app and outstanding support! I had an issue hiding a Cash on Delivery payment method for specific product variants. The support team (Jan) jumped in quickly, identified the root cause — the method needs to be selected as predefined "Cash on Delivery (COD)" rather than using the text match — and fixed it in minutes. Highly recommended!
i had issue in cod option once, my cod customer was struggling to complete order. i immediately rush out to support team and Mr jan help me very politely in resolving my issue , i appreciate his efforts and trouble shooting thankyou so much. good cod app for shopify easy to manage app settings. happy with payflow thankyou.

Aplikácia funguje skvele, no čo si cením ešte viac, je špičková podpora tímu. Chcel by som vyzdvihnúť najmä Adama, ktorý bol veľmi ochotný a pomohol mi s nastavením systému presne podľa mojich potrieb. Ďakujem!

The app is simple and easy to use I really recommend using this app plus their support team is 24/7 active despite the free plan they assisted me with the plan which is suitable for me one of their support agents was Jan who really helped me with my all quarries.

The app works well, and I appreciate that the developer responded quickly and updated the Privacy Policy to clarify how data is handled. The issues I raised have been resolved, which I value.
That said, I still don’t like that the app requires such broad permissions. For this reason, I’ll continue using it for now but will also look for alternatives that don’t request access to customer data.

The app works well, but recently it started requesting customer data. It now asks for the following information about customers, yet in the Privacy Policy (effective 26 June 2025), there is no mention of collecting this data or how it is being protected:
Customers
Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system

To clarify: the new permissions are only related to an optional QR code payment feature for merchants in Slovakia and Czechia. Since your store is based in Poland, this feature is completely inactive for you and no additional customer data is being accessed.
