Payflow offers a free plan that allows you to hide, rename, or reorder up to two payment and delivery methods.

I use the app to limit COD only to my home country, and to remove the COD payment option for particular customers. It does a stellar job at both tasks, its easy to understand and to set it up.
I used the app Releasit so far, but this one is much more simpler to set up.

And when I had some questions, support was fast and was ready to help instantly. Thanks Jan for your help and a great app!
