I was literally waiting for this one year ago, and this was the reason behind many live chats with Shopify support center and there was no solution. only available one the advanced COD for Indian merchants only. and finally, now dream come true, i cannot believe it and the solution works amazing now with me and hiding the COD payment method if grand total above AED2000 this is super amazing thank ...

I needed to have a b2b checkout that only allowed bank transfer as a payment method, but the full set of options for b2c checkout (minus the bank transfer option).
This app does exactly what I need it to do. The price point is brilliant as my business is small and I don't need the full b2b/shopify plus features.
