Was looking for exactly this solution! We had a B2B client who wanted to pay via Net terms—a payment method we didn't want to be available to everyone. Payfy makes it easy to control using #tags which worked flawlessly. Would recommend to anyone looking for the same use case.
Works perfectly i would add 5 stars if it had filter by vendor, Cod fees not based on shipping rates

IN your case you can create a collection based on vendor and set the condition based on collection to work for you.
