Crap -doesnt work - no support after three days
They are deceptive; they mentioned that the app can work with discount codes, which is not true. Additionally, the app's support is very rude and unhelpful. When we asked about the feature, which was clearly advertised, they acted very unprofessionally
Nowhere is it advertised that app works with specific discount code. That data is not available from Shopify hence not available for ANY APP on the app store. It is not our fault that you cannot understand simple english.
The support staff is excellent as evident from other reviews. They are just trained to not entertain rude merchants, especially those who threaten them.
Merchants who chose to cooperate have found ways to fix their problems with us. You choose to be rude, we will not hesitate to give a fitting reply.
