i am trying to link my shopify store to payoneer and i have register so many time and i already have an accouny but nothing is happening please help me out

Waiting for the support team to contact me for 16 days. Every time i try to connect it with my shopify account it asks to login or create account i already have a account in payoneer. Not satisfied with the app poor support services i don't even want to give you one star!

im told my account has been approved but it takes me to signup when i already have my account approved when i had a confirmarion email, so i can't give a star until my problem is resoved, its been almost 3 weeks now

Waiting for the customer support for last 3 days no one is helping, my account is old and approved and have done 5000$ + transactions before but i cant connect it with the shopify it always says log in with payoneer and its already logged in api need to be updated.
