Works perfectly as decribed. I was able to hide Klarna as payment options for Giftcards on https://shop.tblmedical.no

I've only just installed this, but the support was top-notch and it looks like it is going to serve us really well! We needed to allow only certain customers to pay via bank deposit/invoice, and by setting that up in our payment section, and then using this, we hopefully finally will be able to achieve that! So far so good :)
