Our experience with this app has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to others seeking reliable PayPal tracking solutions. Customer support was slow to respond and provided little assistance in resolving my issues.

This minimal level of activity casts serious doubts on the basis for any comprehensive assessment of our app, which is specifically designed to handle high volumes of transactions by syncing tracking IDs from Shopify to PayPal.
Functionality and Usage Misalignment: The primary functionality of our app is to sync substantial order data with PayPal. Given that your store has only two orders and has not completed the PayPal integration, it is unclear how you were positioned to evaluate our app's performance effectively.
Customer Support Claims: We have no records of any attempts from your store to reach out to our customer support team. This discrepancy further challenges the credibility of the claims made in your review.

Works as described. Support is very responsive. App syncs over your Paypal tracking numbers very quickly. Easy to install and it just works. I highly recommend this APP. Just makes things easier and removes one step from your workflow.
