PayWhirl Subscriptions

Took a little while to set up because of time difference and my inability to work with code. But the customer service has been absolutely top notch from the very beginning. Almost feels like a crime being able to use this feature for free (for now of course).

Using this app for some time now and I'm in love with the customer service. It's really exceptional. "PayWhirl" is a small team and they are working around the clock to accommodate customers' needs. Asked them to make some custom changes, and they did it very quickly, answered all the questions, and made sure that I'm happy with how everything works. It's a very responsive team, so even IF you may experience some issues you can rest assured that you won't be left on your own.

I recently switched over to PayWhirl from Bold and needed some help getting rid of the old Bold app. Not only did the PayWhirl team remove it, but they also made sure that I had everything properly integrated on the PayWhirl side - on New Years Eve! I'm blown away. And I love the look of the subscriptions! Highly recommend!

PayWhirl have been incredible and I'd recommend them without a doubt! I love that they listen to your suggestions and work to action them, they keep you updated and are so quick at responding to any queries. I left another well known platform to join PayWhirl and have never looked back. The integration process is super easy with so many really helpful features that just keep on improving! I have a tech person who manages my site and we had an issue and my subscription link wasn't working. However, my tech person was out on a family issue and after me trying to fix myself I opened a chat and within an hour the issue was fixed!! Sergey was amazing!!!
