Where do I start, Sergey has saved me more than once! First I had mistakenly gone live before setting up my reoccurring subscriptions and PayWhirl has made that so easy. In regards to setting it up correctly, not just once but twice (when I changed themes) is where Sergey really came to my rescue. My shop was live and the anxiety was building, I spent about an hour with Shopify customer service when I realized they were not understanding what I needed, telling me to post a note to my clients at checkout. I messaged Sergey and within 2 mins it was set up correctly.
Sergey was the best, I had a problem with the list/sales price not displaying accurately after install, I reached out and it was resolved within 30 minutes. now customers won't be confused and sales will continue to go smoothly. Very responsive, now I am going to try another one of their products, just because this was such a pleasant experience. Thanks again Sergey
We have now installed this app across 3 different businesses we own. The team at Paywhirl are super friendly, helpful and quick at responding. They have helped us with installation and we are really happy with the functionality and design of the app. It will definitely help us make more sales for sure!
Love the new dashboard, especially the calendar feature to see when subscriptions are coming through. Excellent app and amazing customer service.
I am a complete novice working with a subscription app and we have had a few things that we have needed tweaking since we started four months ago. But, I have to say, their customer service is top notch. I always get a response pretty quickly. Overall, we've been really happy with the app. My only request at this point is for the app or Shopify to restrict bundling items with subscription items.

Amazing and brilliant customer support. We have only just started using this App for our subscription service. Initially we think we installed it incorrectly which caused our website to have some serious issues, but not with the Paywhirl APP itself, but with something we did. I have to say, the support team at Paywhirl, specifically Sergey is amazing. The problem we experienced was nothing to do with the APP but Sergey went above and beyond over a number of days to help us resolve the issue. The best support we have received from any Shopify APP so far. Keep up the good work and thank you.
Great, affordable option for my small business. I appreciated how easy it was to install; because I could install it myself, it save me a lot of money on engineering costs. Plus, their support team is amazing!

I love the way the app is programmed - it's clear and logical. I tried using Bold Subscriptions before PayWhirl but their system design is not easy to use and they couldn't handle my use case. PayWhirl can handle my use case with a lot of flexibility and options. Their support team is fast to respond and very tech savvy so they can easily help you resolve your issues quickly. Great app and great company. Highly recommended.
