I would say having a paywhirl website and a shopify integration being separate apps is slightly confusing, But one you get yourself setup, pay whirl is a breeze to use.

I originally started with another subscription app and I couldn't get the support I needed and in a timely manner. I reached out to Paywhirl and I was eventually pared up with Lincoln, my support person. I can honestly say I have not had customer service this good in a long time! Paywhirl has a seamless scheduling process, and I was able to verbally speak with him during installation all the way through some challenges. Lincoln stepped up and had the small issues fixed within 2 hours. I was amazed!! I had some unique ways I wanted my subscription products to look on the site and Lincoln assisted with an idea, and we ran with it. I love it ! I'm looking forward to my launch and I highly recommend Paywhirl if you need support like I did. 5 stars all the way! This app has been helpful in setting up our subscription. There is room for growth for this app, but that is expected with all things.

PayWhirl have been incredible and I'd recommend them without a doubt! I love that they listen to your suggestions and work to action them, they keep you updated and are so quick at responding to any queries. I left another well known platform to join PayWhirl and have never looked back. The integration process is super easy with so many really helpful features that just keep on improving! Even bringing out new features I never realised I needed. Couldn't be happier!

Ive tried more or less 10 subscription apps - most of them slow down your site HEAVILY. So if you care about web vitals, you should def use these.

Amazing!!! This app is Amazing. It gives my store a more Professional feel with an attractive minimalist design; that allows for a more positive customized vibe. I was able to re-word my 'Call to Action' phrases the way i wanted them for me it's a Huge Plus. I had an issue with inital setup on the website, however Chris & Ryan were right there within "minutes" to address the issue & Solved It!!! Hats off to the team over @ Paywirl for making such a gr'8 app with new features being rolled out regularly. Best of luck with your journey...

A cost effective app that enables you to offer subscriptions to your customers. They have been gradually releasing new features and consistently improving the app. If you have a question (like I did) they will respond quickly and do their best to help resolve your issue.

So much better than the other subscription apps out there. A modern UI that's easy to use and new features launch regularly. Customer support is fast and helpful. It's everything we need.

is this app able to automatic make subscription when a client buys a product? regardless of the product, which means on all products? as a memebership site?

Great app, does exactly what it says. Easy to set up subscription plans of all sorts, all smooth. Great managing interface with several options. We used it with Narrative theme first then attempted to install on another premium theme however the installation was not as smooth as with Narrative so reached to their customer service team and I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in ages. Sergey who installed and integrated the app on the new theme was super quick (it took around 20-30 minutes all together with me explaining what the matter was). Extremely happy with it. Highly recommend if you are after an app for recurring payments/ subscriptions!

This is my first ever app review in my 4 years of using all different types of applications. Paywhirl has earned it by providing the best customer support I've ever experienced! Sergey helped to get everything installed correctly on my theme in minutes (if not seconds), plus added it (per my request) to the "Featured Product" section of my homepage. Later, I experienced a glitch/bug with the sale prices of my other products in the same collection as my subscription product. Sergey again responded immediately with the cause of the bug and multiple work around solutions to remedy the issue until the bug is fixed. Sergey also used Loom to share screen recording videos he made, showing exactly what was going on with my store's theme. It's was amazing!

Amazing and brilliant customer support. We have only just started using this App for our subscription service. Initially we think we installed it incorrectly which caused our website to have some serious issues, but not with the Paywhirl APP itself, but with something we did. I have to say, the support team at Paywhirl, specifically Sergey is amazing. The problem we experienced was nothing to do with the APP but Sergey went above and beyond over a number of days to help us resolve the issue. This app is awesome! Our requirements for subscription products were complex (flexibility to the customer, long time horizons for subscriptions, and the need to change features). This app is easy to use, integrates perfectly with Shopify, and Paywhirl's customer service is second to none.

I took a chance in using this app and have been blown away by the level of service and support from the team at PayWhirl. This app allows our customers to easily sign up for a subscription service and took only a bit of tweaking on our end. And they're constantly updating with new features and services. Where do I start, Sergey has saved me more than once! First I had mistakenly gone live before setting up my reoccurring subscriptions and PayWhirl has made that so easy. In regards to setting it up correctly, not just once but twice (when I changed themes) is where Sergey really came to my rescue. My shop was live and the anxiety was building, I spent about an hour with Shopify customer service when I realized they were not understanding what I needed, telling me to post a note to my clients at checkout. I messaged Sergey and within 2 mins it was set up correctly.

Really solid tool for recurring payments. A lot of functionality and customization available out of the box. Highly recommend PayWhirl.

Absolutely brilliant. I was in need of a simple recurring subscription for one of my products. Pay Whirl had a great range of plans and prices so I was able to find something suitable for me and wasn't overcharged as I am a smaller business. I had some difficulties integrating with my website theme and because I am new to shopify on the whole, but the team were so quick to respond jump on my website and take care of the installation themselves. This is SO helpful and take a weight of my mind. Would 100% recommend and will continue to use for our needs :)

I am so happy with this app!! We sell a quarterly subscription box and had developed this internal procedure for managing subscribers via a waitlist that was complicated and messy. We didn't want to end up with wonky billing cycles (i.e. someone being billed months before they actually received anything). Paywhirl added the feature to be able to adjust billing cycles, which is a game-changer that simplifies our business so much! Someone can join anytime, then we can adjust future billing dates to be two-weeks before we ship. Everything else within the app works great too. Customer service has been SUPER responsive when I've had a question. Highly recommend!

This is the subscription app you want to use. Infinitely better than the bloated, inject tons of code into your theme, hard to set-up, hard-to-main, and expensive Bold/ReCharge options. Highly recommended!

I had to switch to an online platform after my studio shut down in 2020. In order to keep my clients engaged, I decided to provide a monthly subscription Art Box. I am the most "non-techy" person ever and PayWhirl has proven to be the perfect fit for my needs! Not only was it super easy for me to install by myself, but the support with any issues has been exceptional! I even had the privilege of speaking to a real human on the phone for help! I highly recommend this app. It is seamless! You won't be disappointed!

WOW! What a breath of fresh air. I have had some really bad experiences with subscriptions but let me tell you the folks at PayWhirl are amazing. Installation was done without any hiccups and we are already accepting new subscriptions. If you are on the fence, don't be - this app is a dream. So glad I decide to take the leap.

I love the guys at Paywhirl. Their customer service is excellent. They are super quick to respond and very happy and fast to help out. We have been looking at many different apps and checking which apps would work together well and had a lot of questions for these guys. They have been super throughout this whole process. I would give half a star less for the app functionalities however, as there is no option to charge VAT to customers even when on product level the box charge VAT is checked. We have to do a manual workaround so if this could be incorporated it is absolute perfection..

We had tried everything (and a bunch of different apps) to get a smooth solution for our subscriptions but nothing worked as promised. And then PayWhirl happened! We also needed help with installing the snippet, and Sergey at PayWhirl helped us in a blink of an eye. Thank you, PayWhirl!
