I am a complete novice working with a subscription app and we have had a few things that we have needed tweaking since we started four months ago. But, I have to say, their customer service is top notch. I always get a response pretty quickly. Overall, we've been really happy with the app. My only request at this point is for the app or Shopify to restrict bundling items with subscription items.
