For first-time setup calls, there was a wait of a few days to get scheduled, but was totally worth it. That said, if you think you’ll need setup assistance, I’d recommend giving yourself at least a week before your anticipated launch to ensure everything is properly in order.

My scheduled video call was with Lincoln, who was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all my questions. He guided me through the entire setup and even sent a detailed summary afterward. Since then, I’ve had follow-up questions, and Lincoln has consistently responded quickly and personally. It’s rare to find such attentive and personal support from a tech team these days, but Lincoln and PayWhirl have truly delivered me peace of mind.

If you’re looking for a subscription app and want reliable, stress-free support when you need it (because you likely will), PayWhirl is the right choice.

Works great and is easy to get started

I enjoy the fact I can share reminders with my subscribers and be able to pause or cancel their memberships with no problems as sometimes customer's may want a sense of the store being able to handle it.

This version includes everything I could have hoped for at the price. The app offers a solid API and smooth Klaviyo integration, and the setup process is straightforward. Overall, my experience has been very positive so far, aside from a few minor glitches at the beginning.
