The app was fairly easy to install. While, I'm still in the process of gathering subscriptions from clients, and can't yet say how the app is working in realtime, I do give the customer service 5 stars. Ryan was very helpful and answered by questions in a timely manner and I look forward to trying this app out.
I added PayWhirl to add subscriptions to my store. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was new to the app store but it has far exceeded my expectations already. I had a good idea of the settings I was looking for in a subscriptions app and they had it all and more! Big thanks to Chris and Larry for the support when I ran into a hiccup during instal. FYI Setup was incredibly easy and step-by-step instructions were included, I just needed a little hand holding because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to code.
Amazing app. I've used other subscription apps that are far too complex and have poor delayed support. These guys have nailed it, it does exactly what I want it to do and the support is absolutely brilliant. Thanks guys.
We're adding a subscription service option to our store and PayWhirl has been amazing! Setup was a snap, very intuitive and their customer support is phenomenal! We tried another app and struggled with it. Thanks PayWhirl!
Great app so far and wonderful support team. They helped me with a little coding issue on our end and got everything working. The dashboard is super clear and to the point.

PayWhirl makes managing recurring subscriptions TOO easy + their out-of-this-world customer support team = very happy customers/business partners. Definitely a must have addition to your store! Thanks Sergey & team!
App seemed to work but can't communicate with Amazon FBA so it's useless for us. Not happy with the customer service - it took them almost two hours to reply to my inquriy and then he explained that they don't support "pickup orders", when I asked why they're changing the message about shipping methods for subscriptions when sending it to amazon. From there, it took him another 20 minutes to my reply where I said I'm not asking about pickup orders... After another 2 hours going back and forth, I gave up and realize this app doesn't work for us.
Thanks for your feedback on our new app, I'm sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations. The app is free and in a beta/launch phase until early 2021 while we work to expand functionality as much as possible. As for your specific issues integrating with Amazon FBA and the StandByte app, It should work with some configuration, but we don't have control over the "delivery method" language shown at checkout and relayed to Amazon FBA. That would be the responsibility of the StandByte app. You may also be able to configure Amazon FBA to read different values. Orders are now generated by Shopify and we don't have a ton of flexibility as we have to rely on their tools. They also control the checkout experience as everything is now processed through Shopify Checkout. That being said, we're willing to try and work through this issue and earn your business if you circle back. We'd love to help if we can.

First: Customer Service is fast and responsive. A huge plus for me. Secondly: The new plan provides a much simpler way to set up subscriptions in a manner that is I believe enhances the user experience by making it simpler to make a decision.
