This app can cost your company time and money. Are experienced web development team installed the app as instructed by the videos. And nothing works! So we deleted the app and contacted customer service and never heard back. We have documented everything.
Firstly, I'd like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences and challenges you faced while trying to integrate PayWhirl with your Shopify store. We deeply regret that your experience did not match your expectations and, more importantly, that you felt unsupported during the process.
It's concerning to hear that our customer service did not get back to you. We pride ourselves on our customer support, and it's disheartening to know that we missed the mark in this instance. I assure you this is not the norm, and we'll be looking into the matter internally to ensure that such lapses are prevented in the future.

Superb customer support for an intuitive app. Not given it a full run out yet but seems to provide exactly what I need and is professionally built.
I installed PayWhirl to kickoff my subscription program. Installation was simple and Ryan was super helpful in ensuring that the app was up and running. He was very responsive. Only drawback is that not all of the features I need are available yet, but they're releasing new features incrementally. I appreciate that the app is free until its fully launched. I'm a-okay using it in beta and will keep any eye out for their app updates. Definitely worth giving them a whirl!
Great new app for adding one-time or subscription service. Customer service was great and helped install (Sergey was awesome!). Highly recommend to businesses who are looking for an affordable option to helping customers get their products!
Great customer service and super easy to set up! Looking forward to when the app will be launching their payment plan feature but am happy that you can manually integrate that into peoples subscriptions after their first order! Very pleased.

I signed up to test the beta version of PayWhirl to offer a recurring donations option on my website. The app is the easiest to set up compared to the other options out there. However there was a more limited functionality. The support team was helpful for getting this worked out.
amaaazing app! I have about 15 apps that support my shopify store and this is one of my favorites. they are constantly adding new features and their customer service is AMAZING! quick responses from a real person, love it! highly recommend.
The best thing about this app is the customer service. They are super quick but also they are willing to help you with everything you need.
PayWhirl’s support team is awesome! They are helpful, courteous, & prompt. They even helped me on a Sunday and was able to have everything worked out by Monday afternoon. Shoutout to Ryan for being so GREAT!
