I recently switched over to PayWhirl from Bold and needed some help getting rid of the old Bold app. Not only did the PayWhirl team remove it, but they also made sure that I had everything properly integrated on the PayWhirl side - on New Years Eve! I'm blown away. And I love the look of the subscriptions! Highly recommend!
PayWhirl have been incredible and I'd recommend them without a doubt! I love that they listen to your suggestions and work to action them, they keep you updated and are so quick at responding to any queries. I left another well known platform to join PayWhirl and have never looked back. The integration process is super easy with so many really helpful features that just keep on improving! Even bringing out new features I never realised I needed. Couldn't be happier!

I wanted to add a monthly subscription option to my website and after a few app installations and not much luck, I decided to try this one. Was very easy (compared to others) to achieve what I wanted but I had a few questions. Ryan was a HUGE help and took care of setup for me as I couldn't get the subscription plan to work properly. Then, he helped me with an issue I was having - that wasn't really his remit- but was happy to try his best for me. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you

Just got it set up. It was quite straightforward and the support team was very responsive and helpful. Got the first product subscription plan set up in less than 15 minutes. Good stuff!
I switched to PayWhirl for subscription billing. I'm so-so with tech stuff, but was able to follow the directions pretty easily (thank goodness!) and get my subscriptions moved from Paypal to Shopify (through the PayWhirl App). When I did get stuck, I was very happy with the customer service I received. They did a great job creating quick videos to help me get UN-stuck and moving again! Excited to have my subscriptions available in Shopify. Thanks PayWhirl!
