Mega PDF Invoices

This app makes invoicing easy. We use the basic app which has great features but we hope to be able to upgrade over time. What I especially appreciate is the level of customer service. The team is so responsive, and helpful the few times that I've reached out with questions. Highly recommend.

great app and great support (Oleksii) - big reccommend

The Mega PDF Invoices team have been outstanding from the first contact. Extremely professional, diligent, quick to follow up and super clever. They are solving some very complex conditional displays of information for our paperwork needs, which after searching far and wide on the Shopify App store I have not found another app that would rise to the challenge as well as the team of Mega PDF Invoices. Oleksii, Oleksandr, Alisa and the rest of the team have been an absolute joy to work with. I am already recommending them to everyone I know on Shopify who need a solution for invoicing.

Easy to set up and the support are very fast to assist and make any minor tweaks required to their templates. Being able to include a PDF invoice download link in the Shopify notification templates is a life saver.

Just about does what we need it to but has taken quite a lot of emailing to support to get things setup or fixed. It would be much better if the invoice template code was directly editable or the settings more flexible.

This application is more than wonderful. It solves the problem of electronic invoicing, especially for stores in the Gulf and Saudi Arabia. It fulfills all government requirements. Not only that, the technical support is more than wonderful. It was quick to respond. It continues to work with full efficiency until the problem is solved. they are perfect

Free version is just terrible, very bad looking when printed and just have so many things which aren't logical. Can NOT recommend. No idea are the paid versions any better, the experience of trying the free one does not really make me to want to pay but rather find another app for this purpose.

It's wild that Shopify doesn't come with this feature built in, but this app has been great. We're still using the free version and it does everything we need, which is simply creating pdf invoices. I'm leaving this review because the customer service team has always been great, and is happy and quick to help make adjustments to my app whenever needed.

This app is so good. It is exactly what we needed-we had customer before installing this app telling us that they could not download the invoice in their accounts. Now they can!
The team is wonderful and they did a few of the customization for us the delivered everything we wanted. Now it is perfect-we gained the feature of customer downloading invoices anytime they want and also before that when they order, they receive the invoice without my team having to do the invoice-all automatic.
I highly recommend this app and the Architechpro team!
