It's wild that Shopify doesn't come with this feature built in, but this app has been great. We're still using the free version and it does everything we need, which is simply creating pdf invoices. I'm leaving this review because the customer service team has always been great, and is happy and quick to help make adjustments to my app whenever needed.

I recently encountered an issue with my invoice, and I must commend your team for their prompt assistance in resolving the matter. They not only addressed the issue swiftly but also collaborated with their developers to manually integrate the 'Download PDF' button on my order page.

Great app and service, we requested a bespoke design for our business and they were able to support us. It can be a little tricky when creating a brand new design but communication was great, I would certainly recommend them. Best service from an app team we have had for a long time, well done!
