Great plugin. I'll strongly recommend this to support an independent developper, instead of the "larger" alternatives.
As many mentioned in the comments, Edwin gives outstanding support - I can confirm this.
Best of all, if you have less than 50 orders per month you can get amazing invoices for free, the few features which are only included in higher plans you probably can manage without :)

Great app! Feel like I tested all of them in the Shopify Store but Oxilayer suits my needs the best. Although it is super easy to create templates I was a bit too dumb to get it perfect. With the help of Edwin of the support team (which was with me in the chat within like 5 seconds) all problems were solved within a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Great support with near immediate responses. They even made upgrades to add transaction information to invoices on request. HUGE upgrade over the old fashioned Order Printer app. Well worth it.
