We use this app to issue invoices. I like that customers can download it themselves. The app also has a nice feature called “Send Email”! This is great for our specific B2B orders when the billing address and shipping address are different. There was a translation issue, but they fixed it. Thank you very much.
EXCELLENT SUPPORT!! We were trying to work through some customizations and submitted a ticket. We heard back within a few minutes and they worked with us until we were able to figure out how to configure the invoices to meet our needs. Plus, this app has everything we need! Highly recommend!

First off the product is incredible. It really helped me customize my invoicing templates and workflows to my shops specific needs. Additionally, Edwin's level of service is off the charts. I can't recommend the app highly enough.
It is a really powerful app but the support is actually outstanding. Edwin is a massive help. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the chat. Off the charts, all around. Only small issue for me is the little buggy editing of texts in the editor and the magnetic function is not that accurate.
