Peel: Retention Analytics

I’ve been using Peel for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! It’s made creating recaps so much easier. Huge shoutout to Rana Waleed Arfan from the Peel team for going above and beyond—he built an entire custom dashboard tailored to my needs, making it easier than ever to recap data and spot trends. Truly a game-changer!

We recently onboarded with Peel after using many other analytics tools. Peel is one of the first to have a native Skio connection, improving our day-to-day reporting 10x. I have loved working in Peel for our customer retention and insights projects. Their reporting capabilities are so robust that the ability to customize your search seems unlimited. My favorite features are the custom dashboards and audience building. Kateryna has gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience with the tools, and I have already recommended Peel to a number of friends who are struggling with getting a holistic view of their sales data.

They gone through some turnover but the team at Peel now is great. They're very responsive and quick to help with any needs that I may have.

We've been using Peel for several weeks now, and I love it! We share the insights to a shared Slack channel and it gives us insight into our sales, which sparks a lot of interesting conversations. Great tool!

UPDATE: I wrote my original review in December of 2019 and Peel's suite of analytics has evolved over the years. I have a dedicated Slack channel to get daily updates from Peel, and I invite our team to see how we're doing from a metrics perspective, using Peel's great analytics. They have continued to improve their reporting and service, as well as their integrations and visualizations. I strongly recommend it for any growing Shopify store!

A great service that simplifies a deep-dive into store metrics! Peel allows us to really understand our customer base and make the best out of our data. Their team is incredibly helpful and always available to help us elevate our analytics. I definitely recommend giving them a try, some of their features and integration options are hard to beat.

Great app! This is by far the most advanced analytics tool for Shopify and Amazon (the Amazon piece is so rare and hard to find)! Their support is great whenever I need custom filters added or help with anything, they're always there to troubleshoot! Recommend!

We absolutely love Peel. We use it on a weekly basis to do reporting out to the organization, as well as deep-dive into questions that were previously hard to answer using Shopify/GA.

The data is extremely robust. We have been using it to answer more complex questions. As our needs grow we have often turned ot the team for guidance. The team seems to always be available and eager to help. They very often get us exactly what we need within an hour. The tool is great, but their support team is somehow even better. 10/10 would recommend!
