Cahoot has a great app and tech platform for e-commerce and has been a great partner. I evaluated numerous competitors and they provided by far the most compelling combination of good pricing and service so I can scale my business backpack ventilation and comfort accessory (VentaPak) business up with new channels that they can easily help me connect with and fulfill orders from. Their people are top-notch and there to help you succeed as a partner.

Cant say enough great things about this platform. Very easy to navigate and use. Not once did we have a problem with inventory or shipping items out using this platform. Great flexibility for scaling up or down your business. Distribution is excellent and is covered throughout the country. Highly recommend for a business that wants hands off inventory control and shipping.

Working with Cahoot is a fundamental part of our strategy for continuing to scale fast. We are an online-first eCommerce brand and work with Cahoot for 99% of our fulfilment needs: from B2C website orders through to B2B wholesale orders, Amazon SFP and replenishing Amazon FBA. Our inventory is placed nationwide for fast and affordable B2C orders, with an anchor node for large shipments. The most impressive part of working with Cahoot is the speed at which B2C orders are fulfilled, and the consistently affordable shipping rates obtained. Cahoot is clearly geared towards Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, and excels at it via a network of strong fulfilment partners and a deeply knowledgeable team. Amazon SFP is such a demanding program, it is very difficult to find partners with the ability to pull this off. Looking ahead, we look forward to ongoing improvements in their software integrations and reporting capabilities. Specifically, the Shopify integration would benefit from adding inventory syncing and handling multiple Shopify locations. We are confident these will come: this team works very hard and is responsive to our feedback.

Cahoot has been amazing for my business. Above all else, their onboarding and customer service are absolutely top tier! I've been using for several weeks without any issue. Great support, great SLAs, and very good / intuitive user interface (& integrations!)

If you're a new business and you need a 3PL team that will cater to your needs and budget Cahoot is an absolute no brainer. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable and the team could not be kinder and more involved in the success of your business.
