Pencil ‑ AI video ads that win

I wanted to try this but accidentally clicked on the yearly subscription. Despite being promised a refund - I have not yet got it for the last month!

The app in interesting and worth a try, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for its non-responsive customer service!

never signed up for this and uninstalled the app and have now been charged $119usd for it. Absolute rubbish, no answer from emails either. Will be lodging a complaint with Shopify.

Pencil is a great combination of analytics, copyright, and design in a single package. We've been using it to generate ads and also track that our original ads, maybe weren't that bad, but that there could be issues elsewhere in our customer journey. It's regularly updated and improved, so the team seems really committed in providing great service.

Moreover, you are no longer exclusively dependent upon an agency for video ad creatives. Pencil gives you all the tools you need to level the playing field. The interface is easy, the results are impressive. Lots of companies claim to have built a better mouse trap, the team at Pencil has actually done it.

We are a startup with limited budget... Pencil allowed us to create robust ads and easily iterate on those that worked, which we otherwise would not have been able to do without a much larger (and specialized) team or a much larger budget. Very impressive product and a team that's very pleasant to work with.
