Great tool and outstanding support!

I installed the app yesterday and the setup was incredibly easy. My initial tests worked perfectly without any issues. A special thanks to Praveen and Vijaya, they were super helpful, and the support was immediately there whenever I had questions.

It’s great to have such a dedicated team behind a tool. I’ll need more time for a long-term review, but so far, the first impression is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Super schnelle Hilfe beim Einrichten des Programms vom Service.
Alles ist unabhängig davon sehr einfach und funktioniert sehr schnell.
Ich kann das Tool sehr uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Praveen und Najmus waren besonders hilfreich und schnell in der Bearbeitung der Anfragen.

Die App läuft nun seit Oktober und das einwandfrei. Schnelle Einrichtung, nach kurzen Einrichtungsschwierigkeiten wurde mir sofort geholfen und alles konnte danach schnell eingerichtet werden. Ein bisschen durchfuchsen muss man sich durch die gesamte englische Handhabung (auch wenn man gut englisch kann) - aber Support super und die Funktion einwandfrei. Wir haben nur noch teilweise Probleme dass manche Mails im Spam landen beim Kunden - das liegt wahrscheinlich aber an meinem Host & Mailaccount. Kunde einfach aufklären in den Mails und Artikelbeschreibung und schon gibts keine Probleme mehr. Auch wenn der Kunde seine Download-Mail verschlampt, kann man sofort eine neue schicken. Super Nachverfolgung inklusive. DANKE!

I have been using Pendora downloads for a while and love it! I have generated multiple 5 figures in profit selling digital products with it and will continue to use it into the future. Also the customer support is very good and I just recently had a good experience with Gourav.

I have been using this app now for a few weeks and have not had any issues. I was concerned if the customer would receive my PDF but this app connects you with a live agent who will test the link out which was super comforting! Thank you Gourav for your help!!

This app Pandora is a very useful app, I have a difficult issue ' I download the app within a minute ' the agent called (praven) solve the issue,and am happy at the end if you have problems to re- solve your store ' either digital product to upload to your,any kind of problems online store, just download this, very very useful, trust me

This is a very helpful app, great customer service, ease of use, extremely fast customer service! 5 stars!!
So far no issues at all with this app, unlike many others. Easy navigation within the app.
