I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.

So far it's been a pretty easy experience, and Shruti was very helpful in verifying the effectiveness of my account.

Good so far. A question did come up I was unable to resolve as I was guiding myself to get started, but Praveen through the chat feature was very helpful in confirming things.

I had problems with an order not going through to the customer. I received an email error with this problem including a bunch of code stuff, which was very concerning to me. I reached out to Pendora support and they got back to me within 2 minutes and helped me through resolving this issue and reassuring me that they would work to fix it moving ahead. This is important as I run a business and do not have time for any mistakes, any flaws in the business set up. It needs to run very smoothly so my customers experience a smooth journey with us.

Praveen was really helpful. It's a pretty simple app to use. it does have some glitches but its easy to use.

the features are super, yes the company is big and all the setup takes time, would give 5 stars if i were able to manage it myself all, totally with support spended few days, but its worth actually 5 stars. on purpose left 1 star to rise ;-) was easy to install, would give it 6 stars if the "license keys" would be added to apple or google wallets, or multilanguage adjustments by frontent, not the developer lever. so far so good. recomendiing

I have got immediate help from the Support, Najmus helped me with the product and even removed the watermark to help me with the product check. Also I have sent a check file as to how it will look if someone orders the file. but on my gmail there was a pop up , where it says this message looks suspicious. If that is the case it will be tough for me to sell the products online and to create trust with the clients will be tough too.
