I highly recommend the app. It works well and the support is very willing to help resolve any issues that one may have.
This is a really good app! At first I had a few issues with my PDFs not being sent, but support was very helpful and now everything runs smoothly. They even added a feature at my request. Very good app honestly
TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY USING THE APP, IT WAS SIMPLE TO SET UP, I LOVE THE FEATURES AND EASY TO USE. I WAS USING ANOTHER ONE BUT WITH WHAT IM DOING NOW I WOULD OF NEEDED MORE ACCESS TO UPLOAD MY DIGITAL COURSES AND FILES AND IT WASNT ENOUGH. ILL BE USING THIS APP FROM THIS POINT ON
Absolutely amazing team! I encountered an issue and was thrilled to see it resolved in just two days. The support team promptly reached out, thoroughly understood my concern, and provided an excellent solution that saved me from having to reupload everything. Huge thanks to Mr. Vinit and Ketan for their prompt and efficient assistance!
It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email.
I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved:
a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files.
The links were pretty long too. I left some feedback and while they can't implement this feature now, it's on their to do list which I appreciate :)
Also i know he meant well but he kept calling me sir even after i signed off and left (she/her) in my message - but no harm, just a little feedback for the support team, thank you! :)

A very good app. Serves all needs and support is very fast.
I was able to get things figured out on my own after playing around a bit, but the customer service here is phenominal. They made me feel like I was truly being taken care of and that my need was a priority.
Really great guys. Prompt response and are really free! Helps when one is starting out and selling digital products.

Lovely and fast support - it's almost 3 AM EST, and I was answered right away!!! The app is easy, fast and fun and it works! They test the app for you, which is awesome. Very happy. :)
