It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email.
I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved:
a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files. ...
