I just got my 1st purchase and, of course, it glitched! Lol!!

Well, my error because I'd left my payments in test mode so the order processed but didn't fulfill through Pendora. I got on with support at 3:30 AM and they helped sort it out. Test mode wouldn't turn off … orders kept processing under test although it was off.

They did their magic and it's all working now. Took less than 30 minutes total. Fantastic! They've won a customer as long as I'm on Shopify.

The support from Vijaya was excellent! She helped me verify my store setup quickly and clearly. Everything was tested, from product creation to file delivery, and it all works perfectly. Thank you for the smooth experience!

Customer support is stellar! I don’t know why they don’t have more reviews. I almost passed up the app because of it. This is a small company and they have a few things that could be improved, BUT, this app works, it’s free (as of writing this review), and I had instant access to a support chat to resolve my issue. (I just needed to do something differently.) I love that I can customize colors and whatnot. Gourav was very kind and patient and addressed every bit of feedback I had, as well as all my questions. I’m looking forward to updates on the future.

Customer service is great and quick to respond. I love that I can upload the files and connect it to an already existing product. Other similar apps didn't provide access to already uploaded files and that was so disappointing. Thank you for an excellent app!

I'm using Digital Downloads Pendora to deliver digital products on my Shopify store — and it's been working like a charm. The interface is clean, setup is easy, and most importantly, the automation works perfectly for my digital product business.
