Digital Downloads PDF Pendora

Avoid if you care about your customers experience.
Multiple customers were unable to access their downloads because of DNS resolution failures on Pendora's domain. The link works fine on our end but a significant number of customers hit DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors, meaning their browsers could not even find the domain.
This caused lost sales, frustrated customers, unnecessary support tickets, and chargebacks we had to fight.
When we reported the issue, the response was to tell us to ask our customers to change their DNS settings! not a realistic solution for a non-technical customer who just wants to download what they paid for.
A download delivery service should have a domain that resolves reliably for everyone

Edit: Well... there is no information on how to make my products available for my customers, or the person I talked to Parveen was very unhelpful. It seems like a simple question but one unable to be answered. I'll update if this gets fixed.

I just downloaded the app for my Shopify store and it was so easy to do . The help they give to make sure that everything is running well.

Orribile. Su 10 ordini, 7 hanno avuto dei problemi. Se cambiate immagine del prodotto, per il download comunque rimarrà la prima che avete messo (quindi se da una stessa base lo modificate o aggiungete qualcosa, al cliente comunque segnerà il prodotto precedente). Inoltre se per un prodotto avete più Files, il layout del download sarà inguardabile: per tutto il numero di file, tal volte viene ripetuta la scheda prodotto (che se si somma al fatto che è l’immagine vecchia, ancora peggio). Trovatene un altra, l’assistenza è pure antipatica e poco efficiente.

Don’t know how they got so many good reviews maybe because they try to force you to write one. When I first set up I ask the rep to test out to make sure my it work. He said he tested it and got the link to download my digit products. He then told me make a positive review and send a screen shot proving I did it. Of course as a business owner I did not nor did I respond because let me test the app out first. Well I had people buy and they got the email but nothing to download the digit product. Then when I ask for help they was lost confused and barely any help. I will be moving to someone else what a waste of time.
