I haven't been using it very long, but it has been so easy to use. The set-up is straight forward and simple. It took me less than a 5 minutes to link up all of my digital products and even less to run a test email.
Even the communication and assistance has been quick and easy. Less than a minute to finalize everything.

I just got my 1st purchase and, of course, it glitched! Lol!!

Well, my error because I'd left my payments in test mode so the order processed but didn't fulfill through Pendora. I got on with support at 3:30 AM and they helped sort it out. Test mode wouldn't turn off … orders kept processing under test although it was off.

They did their magic and it's all working now. Took less than 30 minutes total. Fantastic! They've won a customer as long as I'm on Shopify.

It took me a bit of time to figure out how to use this app. Where I struggled was with selling one product but with multiple variants; 2 art files with 2 different types of files (svg and png) and offered at 2 different price points. I was able to finally get it set it up the way I had wanted, and Gourav and Shruti were helpful and able to confirm it was working correctly. They both were also very kind and responsive to my needs. What would be very helpful to folks such as myself who are visual learners is having some YouTube "how to" tutorial videos available on your website or landing page.
