Digital Downloads Pendora

Great app. Easy to set up and use. Support gets 10 stars out of 5.

I just got my 1st purchase and, of course, it glitched! Lol!!

Well, my error because I'd left my payments in test mode so the order processed but didn't fulfill through Pendora. I got on with support at 3:30 AM and they helped sort it out. Test mode wouldn't turn off … orders kept processing under test although it was off.

They did their magic and it's all working now. Took less than 30 minutes total. Fantastic! They've won a customer as long as I'm on Shopify.

This is an amazing and easy to use App. The setup and use of it is very seemless and the help available when needed is top notch. Mr Lakhan took time to verify that all was working with the app and that the connection between the app and my store were as it should be. Thank you very much for an excellent app and I look forward to any future updates.

Customer service is great and quick to respond. I love that I can upload the files and connect it to an already existing product. Other similar apps didn't provide access to already uploaded files and that was so disappointing. Thank you for an excellent app!

It's a pretty good plugin and I like the process of customers receiving the email and being taken to a page where they can see all their downloads under one email.

I did however encounter some scenarios that could be improved:
a customer entered their email wrong so they never received the download email. I had to manually send each file over instead of one product link that contained all files.

The links were pretty long too. I left some feedback and while they can't implement this feature now, it's on their to do list which I appreciate :)

Also i know he meant well but he kept calling me sir even after i signed off and left (she/her) in my message - but no harm, just a little feedback for the support team, thank you! :)

I highly recommend the app. It works well and the support is very willing to help resolve any issues that one may have.
