App is good but some times popup doesn’t show after creating need to keep checking if it’s working, and if its working it gets counted in monthly show limit.

Thank you for your feedback on our Shopify app. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the popup not showing up.

We have discovered that the End Date was set for the 1st of February, which has already passed, which may have caused the Pop Up not to show.
