PPF is a very cool app. Rather easy to use, great efficiency, excellent support. We can only and warmly recommend.

I was on a demo call with one of the team members and they walked me through the process of building my first quiz flow and it was easy to understand. Most guided selling apps on Shopify focus on logic jump points and you don't have to do that to get the results you want, which is great for merchants that aren't tech-savvy. The UI of this app is similar to the 2.0 theme builder making it easier to learn than other guided selling apps. There are a few hiccups like you can't change the primary color via entering a HEX code just yet, as the app is in the process of getting a makeover. But BEAM works fast at fixing bugs and updating products so this should be fixed soon. Plus, they have exceeded my expectations in customer service for a free app. They have an in-app chatbox that answers quickly and won't leave you hanging. Plus, the user experience of the rest of the website isn't a stark difference as the theme setting features a variety of Google fonts and allows you to change your background and add media that fit your branding. Pricing => beta: 5 Stars This app is in beta and it's a good idea to test it with your store to make some sales and see how this can grow your business, especially if you integrate it with BEAM's AfterSell app. 10/10 would recommend. Update: BEAM has fixed the bugs and now it works beautifully with my Shopify store! After talking to support, the team quickly worked on fixing those bugs; something that other apps don't do. BEAM is responsive to their app user's needs and I respect that.

PPF is perfect for our needs! The default interface looks really sleek already - and you can add your brand's bells and whistles easily. It's really easy to use and the support team is incredibly responsive & helpful.

TLDR; Great product recommendation quiz app, easy to use, great support team, better than most other comparable apps. 5/5 definitely recommend. This is honestly one of the best product recommendation apps available as of the time of this review. Simple to set up and start using, easy to match products (and not just variations, an issue we've had with several other apps) with the answers, and built-in analytics to track usage and impact of the quiz. Multi-select options for questions are in beta per last I heard, and we're looking forward to being able to offer multi-select options for our questions in the future. Even with single-select options, though, the quiz engine works great. One drawback which I've suggested to the developer is to enable product ranking/sorting to better customize results when many different products meet the criteria specified, but even without our results have been still nicely on point throughout all of our usage and testing. Shoutout to Pierre for being quick and thorough with several questions I had about setup, too. Great support, and much appreciated.

What an excellent customer support by Ana. We have apparently an old version of Shopify where we couldn't embedded the app ourselves. Ana did all the embedding for us and even adjusted the design so it matches with our shop. Can really recommend the app but also their customer service if you need any help.
