Aunque nuestro catálogo es bastante complejo y cada día llegan productos diferentes a nuestra tienda, el equipo nos lo ha puesto muy fácil. Además, cuando necesitamos ayuda, contamos con su chat y con un equipo que está ahí para resolver nuestras dudas y ayudarnos en lo que necesitemos.

Muy buena aplicación. El chatbot con IA funciona de forma fluida, responde con precisión y nos ha ayudado a mejorar la atención al cliente en nuestra tienda Shopify. La configuración es muy sencilla y con un equipo de soporte muy atento. Totalmente recomendable.
Siempre fuimos un poco reacio al tema de instalar motores de IA para contestar a nuestros clientes. La propuesta de Permut nos convenció y ahora mismo es una parte fundamental del día a día de la empresa.
