Sadly disappointing.

App currently showing as unsupported.

Popup wouldn't work correctly with our theme, a theme from Shopify theme store, told not possible to fix. I paid our developer to fix it instead, which she fixed within an hour.

A lot of products fail to import, showing 'Product not created on shopify store'.

Markup pricing doesn't work. It states it will round up to the nearest pound but doesn't.

Live preview looks okay on desktop but on smaller devices the personalisation will be all over the place not a good preview for potential customers.

Lucky to get a response from support without chasing them.

New app so essentially users are testing it for them but don't seem interested in supporting it. A shame as I was looking forward to working with PGS, but I'm not going to keep chasing and being ignored to sell their own products.
