The customer service with Tone, has been exceptional. Bill from the sales team really helped me through the process of getting started, and JP from the tech side was very fast at getting things set up. We've only been using the app for a couple days so I'm not sure of the actual results just yet... I have a great feeling that our abandoned cart recovery will be way better with Tone!

I have been using Tone for several years and have continued to be impressed how they have grown their platform, constantly adding new features and integrations that are helpful and relevant for our business. The customer support has been amazing both on the onboarding side and while dealing directly with customers. Our ROI has been insanely good. This platform is a no-brainer for any e-commerce store.


We used this app for several months. When I was sold this service I was told that customer service questions would be referred to customer service. They have not been. Instead, we have customers constantly complaining about how our customer support chat is useless. Customers don't expect to be chatting with a service that is intended to push them to a purchase. It "looks like" customer service but it doesn't act like customer service, so all you get is a bad customer experience.
