We shopped around for a SMS solution and we found that most options only offered automated texting. Tone's ability to bring in a live human was a game changer and significantly reduced the number of email inquiries we receive. It's surprising how many people dismiss the information on our website and FAQ, but having Tone's team brought up to speed and constantly adding to their knowledge base, we are happy with the level of service they provide to our customers, both pre and post purchase.
