I've been using this for well over a year and find it to be excellent. Easy to set up and tune popups for different markets, types of buyer, pages landed on etc. Clear results too.
There is so much you can do with the Personizely app, I feel I haven't used it to it's full potential yet but their support team is very helpful at showing how to use the app.
I can honestly only rate the customer support so far because I've only been using the app since a few hours. But man, they are really giving their best to make things work for me.
Otherwise, the app offers a clean, intuitive and easy to use dashboard. 1st campaign is up and running and collecting valuable data after a few minutes of using it.

Very responsive support
This app is doing exactly what I need and looks good doing it. I checked out a few apps, this one is a little more expensive but worth every penny. The interface is very easy to use. I was able to make a pop up, customized to our brand in minutes and it blended in seamlessly to our style.

App does everything and more. GREAT chat support, always on and quick to make tweaks so you can have the perfect experience for your customers. 10/10 would recommend.
Fantastic app. Once you start getting into building the widgets, it all makes sense and is very intuitive. Whats better is the service. Sergiu on support was fantastic in sorting out all my settings that I had done incorrectly, which meant that my subscribers had been dwindling for a few months. He spent a lot of time explaining and checking everything for me and sorting it all out. Thank you!
It does everything. My only wish is that the pricing was a bit better. It's kind of steep on price but it works perfectly.
