Cross sell and upsell in one app!
Such a time save you can’t even imagine! I am so happy with it, and it’s the first one of the kind that I tried! It looks so efficient and it actually is, there are little details that make it so worth it, and I didn’t even know I needed them in the beginning. I am still wrapping my head around cross sell and upsell, I know it’s what the cool website are using, but I am working my way to it, very slowly. I like the different option widgets, and the statistics help me out a lot to make decisions and changes to them. It ’s very cool that you can duplicate the widgets, so in case there is something very small to change but you still want to keep the initial one it really helps, so you don’t have to start from scratch. The countdown popup option is very cool too, and the animations add a lovely touch as well! Everything can be customized, and it really easy to do. Creating targets is super easy too, you can even target them by the country! It’s absolutely awesome! And you can actually choose to include or exclude someone from it, so that is super useful. Absolutely love it, and there are so many cool updates all the time, and there is what’s new tab available at all times, so you can always come and check what the new stuff does. Great one, absolutely great!

I am using Personizely for six months now I and I consider it absolutely worth it. It is not the cheapest option but it fills every need that I can think of. Here are some things that make this app unique:
- you can add multiple forms in multiple ways (pop up, bars, embed) and in each one of theme you can add multiple options (like buttons, subscribe forms, countdown timers, free shipping progress calculator - amazing, right?)
- you can choose triggers, places where they will show up, include or exclude geographic locations
- you can immediately apply a discount code when people subscribe so they will make the purchase right away without getting lost trying to find the code - it adds the subscribers to your email marketing provider and create a new segment so you can run a full workflow for each subcription site And this is only for list building. They have a lot of other options (like cross selling and so) that I didn't even try yet but that I believe that add a lot to the app. Oh and the support time is 5 stars. I highly recommend this app.

This app was the only app that actually did what I wanted it to do, someone answered my questions right away, AND helped me to make it work exactly as I needed. This app was the only one out of 20 that I tried!! Love it!

This is a legit app that helped me out a ton. I don’t write reviews very often, but this one really did wonders during the holidays so I had to write one this time. I’ve been using it for a little bit, but not too heavily, an email popup here, an exit intent popup there, but nothing much besides that. I originally just wanted an exit intent solution because the one that I used from my email service didn’t look that good and I wanted to add some extra steps to the subscription process. So for the holidays promo, I wanted to try out something special, so I added a couple of personalizations to the landing page. And it really worked wonders! I don’t really know why it took me so long to get into it, but I’m really glad I did. I had only the widget plan so I had to switch to the one that has both widgets and personalization, but it was pretty easy to manage. The design process for the popups is probably one of the favorites I’ve tried so far too. Really easy to manipulate, although some elements I don’t really use personally, but it’s always good to have the options just in case. Bottom line, great job with the app, and if you’r considering it, just go for it, it will be more than worth it.

Great app; tons of customization and intuitive. I think I tried 4-5 of those other "bar apps" before I found this one and felt it was the best featured. It's a little more pricey, but I consider it worth it.

Offers super simple customization and several behavior triggers. Multiple use cases for a reasonable cost. Responsive support as well.

The best app on the market. I've tried other alternatives, the most popular ones, but they all lacked some features, or were too expensive. Personizely has got everything you may need. I installed this app to do simple and stylish cross-sell pop-ups which this one achieved beautifully and without much extra help. I've started experimenting with the other widgets with some success and am overall impressed by the user-friendliness and ease of this app.

I have been using the app for around 3 months now. I really like the customization options and the features, it has helped me reduce my cart abandonment rates thanks to shipping costs bar and exit intent popup, increase AOV thanks to cross-sell features and increase my newsletter subscrition. I find very useful the possibilities of customization on display (as I sell in different countries and target different types of public). So far so good for the reasons I decided to use it.

Damian provided OK support, but it just wasn't as straight forward and did not work as expected. It might be very powerful, but for the price he's asking I'd expect a better experience. Trying another addon for the upsell and exit intent popups.

Since I'm using this one my list building widget is working really good. The app always works and doesn't make your site slower.

I just added this app and looks great! It has really a lot of functions that can help your website and customers grow! Customer service is also very helpful. Hope i can add more informations in the next week after using it a little bit more.

OK. I have SO many good things to say about this App!
1) GEOLOCATION: We installed Personizely because is one of the few Apps that allows us to create pop-ups for different geolocations. Since we can not offer a country-wide free shipping offer (based on minimum order value), this App allows to create a different message that will show depending on were the user is located.
2) CUSTOMER SERVICE: I'm not sure how Sergiu still talks to me, the amount of questions and requests I have sent his way and he ALWAYS responds promptly and with perfect resolution to my question//issue.
3) CUSTOMIZATION: Personizely got additional features (like geolocation based on postal code!) for our site. When country and city is not narrow enough, we now can add messages via pop-ups and banners to specific customers based on their postal code location.
4) EASY TO USE: It takes a few hours/days to get around and feel comfortable with this App. Super easy to install and intuitive to develop.
If you need to laser target your messages for visitors based on their location. THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU.
