Personizely: A/B Testing & CRO

This is really an amazing app. The design is great and helped me immediately to increase average order value. But apart from this, what's really superb is the support you're getting. In my case, from Sergiu. An onboarding call was scheduled, and many questions have been answered swiftly and accurately in the meantime. I couldn't configure a thing and Damian answered me on the chat in less than a minute then he fixed my problem in 5 minutes !! customer service at the top of the top better than amazon hahaha good luck! and thank you Damian !!!

I use Personizely as exit pop-ups on my Shopify store to collect emails and offer coupons. I love this app!

As a newbie to the pop-op world of marketing, this app has an ease of use that makes sense to me. I'd downloaded several apps but with Personizely I was able to create what I needed in 10 minutes. Not only was I able to create a pop-up but also a slide in and have already gotten opt-ins as a result.

I did have a few issues, learners error, and when I emailed support they prompt and very helpful.

So far, so good. I’m still evaluating the app during the free trial, but so far it appears to be working without any problems. It was easy to install and easy to set up some offers. If all continues to go smoothly then I will definitely continue to use the app.
